As Bluecadet’s Founding Principal and Creative Director, Josh Goldblum is devoted to working with museums, universities, and nonprofit organizations to educate, engage, and entertain through digital innovation. He has conceptualized and created websites, mobile apps, interactive installations, and immersive environments for such organizations as MoMA, Smithsonian Institute, Doctors Without Borders, National Geographic, and over 20 prestigious institutions in Philadelphia. An expert in digital strategy and technology, Josh has been featured by NPR’s Morning Edition, CNN, The New Yorker, USA Today, HOW Magazine, Communication Arts, Adobe, People Magazine, and CBS News. His projects have been honored with an Emmy Award and several Webby, Webvisionary, ADDY, SXSW, and AAM MUSE Awards.

Troy combines a liberal arts sensibility with over 12 years of experience in the interactive industry. He leads Bluecadet’s design team in conceptualizing compelling user experiences. Previously a Senior Interactive Designer for the Smithsonian Institute National Portrait Gallery, Troy specializes in experiential design, UI, and UX. He holds a Masters with distinction in History from George Mason University, which informs his work for museums and cultural institutions. His projects have been recognized by a number of educational and interactive design organizations including SXSW, Adobe, the Webbys, AAM Muse awards, HOW Magazine and Communication Arts.

Rebecca Sherman leads strategy and planning at Bluecadet, guiding projects from conception to completion. Having worked with a variety of organizations across the cultural and nonprofit sectors, Rebecca excels at understanding clients’ needs and finding ways to get effective results. She has produced a variety of interactive media projects including web, mobile apps, and touchscreen kiosks. Her projects have been recognized by the Webbys, SXSW, AAM, HOW Magazine, and Communication Arts. Rebecca graduated suma cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Sociology.
Kim is an award-winning graphic designer with expertise in web, interactive, gestural interfaces, animation, and illustration. Kim’s work has been published in leading design magazines such as Communication Arts, Adobe, and HOW. Her designs have received several prestigious awards, including an Emmy, a Webby, and a Communication Arts award. She graduated cum laude with a B.F.A. in Graphic and Interactive Design from Tyler School of Art at Temple University.

Mark is a senior developer with experience building everything from responsive web sites to touchscreen applications. He has been working on the web since the days of squelchy modem noises and spacer GIFs. His work has been recognized by The FWA, D&AD, Adobe, The Webbys, and Cannes Lions. Prior to joining Bluecadet, Mark was a Senior Interactive Developer at 160over90. He received his B.A. from Vassar College, where he split his courses between his Economics major and interactive storytelling.

Brad specializes in projects in the physical realm. Merging his passion for design, technology and entrepreneurship, Brad creates narrative-based experiences ranging from interactive exhibitions to immersive environments. He previously worked for award-winning architecture firms including KieranTimberlake, PelliClarkePelli, and HNTB Sport on projects of every scale from the Cellophane House at MoMA to skyscrapers and city planning in China. Brad holds a Masters of Architecture from Yale University and a B.A. with Distinction from Iowa State University.
Aaron specializes in the strategy and production of interactive exhibits, websites, and mobile technology for museums. His recent projects include "La Invención Concreta: Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros" at the Museo Reina Sofía in Madrid and "Maya 2012: Lords of Time" at the Penn Museum in Philadelphia. Previously, Aaron oversaw the state-of-the-art multimedia technology at the National Museum of American Jewish History; prior to that, he worked as a Multimedia/Technology Developer at Monadnock Media. He has designed hardware and software for artists and museums worldwide, including installations and performances at the Centre Pompidou, the Louvre, and the Coliseum in Rome.
Stacey is a versatile creative developer, producing interactive experiences in a variety of media. She excels at taking a holistic approach to projects, carefully considering goals and objectives, usability, design, functionality, and quality assurance. Her background in design gives her a good eye for detail, and informs her approach to development. She is accomplished in HTML/CSS, Flash Actionscript, Xcode, and C++/Cinder. Stacey graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.F.A. in Visual Communications, focusing on advertising design.

Aaron is a talented designer, illustrator, and animator whose work has garnered numerous awards, including AIGA Design Awards and the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association Keystone Award for Illustration. He brings a passion for design and a detail-oriented approach to every project. Aaron serves as an adjunct professor at Tyler School of Art. Aaron has a background in audio engineering, and holds a B.F.A from Tyler School of Art at Temple University.
Victoria produces multi-faceted interactive projects, having managed award-winning installations, apps, and websites. Her attention to detail ensures that projects run smoothly both for the client and for our team. Specializing in museums, Victoria’s clients include The Field Museum, the Smithsonian Natural Museum of American History, and the Ben Franklin Museum. She earned her M.F.A. from the University of the Arts in Museum Exhibition Planning and Design, focusing in her thesis on the incorporation of technology into museum spaces. Victoria holds a B.A. in Archeology and Art History from Bryn Mawr College.

With a passion for design and technology, Rebecca manages projects from soup to nuts, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable client experience and an excellent, timely end product. Her expertise includes web, accessibility, and mobile app production. Rebecca’s clients include the Chemical Heritage Foundation, Temple University, and National Geographic. Previously, she worked for the Jewish Museum in New York. Rebecca received a B.A. from Hampshire College, where she studied an interdisciplinary mix of German studies, History, Literature, and Philosophy.
Putra is a hybrid designer and developer whose portfolio includes interactive projects ranging from websites and mobile apps to complete branding packages. Utilizing popular content management systems such as Drupal and Wordpress, she has created user-friendly interfaces for a variety of satisfied clients. Putra graduated with honors from The University of the Arts, where she earned a B.F.A. in Multimedia and a minor in Web Design and Development.
Theresa Decker is a talented interactive and print designer. She excels at user experience design, branding, and illustration. Her work has received awards from multiple industry publications, including CMYK Magazine, AIGA, Applied Arts Magazine, and Design Work Life. Theresa serves as an adjunct professor at Tyler School of Art. Before joining Bluecadet, Theresa was a design fellow at Chronicle Books in San Francisco. She graduated from the Tyler School of Art with a B.F.A. in Graphic and Interactive Design.

Paul is an experienced application developer specializing in iOS and experimental interfaces. He has authored a number of native applications that have been published to the Apple Store. Paul works in multiple object-oriented languages including Objective-C, Java, and Ruby. He is also skilled in physical computing, including computer vision and programming for the Kinect. Before coming to Bluecadet, Paul created iOS and SaaS products at a startup. Paul earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Temple University.
With a strong background in administration and bookkeeping and a love of design, Kayla oversees a variety of crucial administrative and financial processes for Bluecadet. She works closely with our team on project tracking and analysis, as well as managing record-keeping and facilities. Kayla got her start in the non-profit arts world as the Program Coordinator at Abington Art Center and most recently worked as part of a small finance team at a fast-growing technology consulting firm that was recently acquired by Accenture.
Wyatt is a talented designer and illustrator with experience in interactive design, digital marketing, print, illustration, and branding. He brings a passion for handcrafted design and an attention to detail to all of his work. Wyatt's work has been recognized internationally, including the Society of Illustrators Student Competition. Wyatt graduated Suma Cum Laude from Kutztown University with a B.F.A focusing on graphic and interactive design.
Caleb is a creative designer and illustrator whose work has earned kudos from the likes of theDieline.com, GrainEdit, FastCoDesign, and Gizmodo. Before coming to Bluecadet, Caleb honed his skills as both an independent freelancer and a member of several outstanding design teams, including Pixar Animation Studios. His passion for color, mark, and typography informs all of his work, from mobile web to print packaging. Caleb holds an MFA in Graphic and Interactive Design from Tyler School of Art.
Peter produces interactive digital projects, bridging creative thinking and nuts-and-bolts technology. His deep background in IT and customer service makes him a thoughtful and effective liaison for Bluecadet’s clients and team. When he’s not meticulously managing projects, Peter records music in his home studio. He holds a degree in communications from Shippensburg University.

Bluecadet is seeking an experienced web developer to join our team. This role will provide a steady supply of challenges and opportunities. You will be doing innovative, high-profile, and meaningful work with a talented team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing websites for prominent museums, universities, and NGOs. You will also support technology integration with our touchscreen and gestural interface projects. We’re looking for a developer who can execute our designs while making smart technical decisions. The developer will work with our team to develop specifications and make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies. Frontend and backend development, systems integration, and server administration are all elements of this position.

Bluecadet is seeking to add a new problem solver to our team. The right candidate has ideas and passions related to interactive media that s/he hopes to pursue in conjunction with Bluecadet. In this position, you’ll work with large touchscreens and physical components (among other things), so we need someone who can work full-time in our Philadelphia office. We are open to candidates with a variety of experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level.
You will primarily be a problem solver. You will use your skills to develop interactive projects and collaborate with a talented and passionate team of designers, developers and producers. You will work on a variety of projects including (but not limited to) custom multi-user touchscreen interactives, computer vision, projections, and native mobile apps. In addition, you will get the chance to keep up with new technologies and teach others how these technologies could integrate into projects.
